Autonomy 365 is a dynamic Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) dedicated to providing home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are eligible for Medicaid waiver services. We specialize in supporting students with I/DD enrolled in inclusive college programs, as well as individuals who are pursuing or already living independently, striving to lead lives of autonomy. Committed to self-determination, full inclusion, and empowerment, we help people with I/DD live authentic, meaningful lives on their own terms.
